About Diana Andersen

I am a photographer and designer based in Perth, Western Australia A love of animals and nature has been at the core of my life for as long as I can remember, a gift from my wonderful parents who taught me to appreciate life and the beauty that surrounds us. A love of art was a passion also, and my early professional life was spent trying to choose between the two. I became a designer, with my work winning major awards and being acquired by some of Australia's leading art collections, state galleries and museums. Eventually, the pendulum swung the other way and working with animals became my full-time profession as a zookeeper and wildlife carer. Becoming a photographer and also a published author in the field of animal care books...
